Swedish Massage
A gentle relaxing massage incorporating effleurage techniques (long, slow manipulations) to soothe the body and mind. This massage is designed to induce a sense of peace and relaxation, however, does increase blood flow to the body ridding the body of toxins and aiding the immune system. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program of stress management.

Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese therapy with its roots in Oriental medicine. Through the use of acupressure massage techniques it balances the body's energies. Like acupuncture it stimulates points and meridians, but is non invasive and is deeply relaxing. This holistic therapy works on physical, mental and emotional levels. It can be used to alleviate a wide range of ailments, as well as calming the mind and producing a feeling of well-being.

Reflexology Massage
An oriental based massage technique that incorporates reflex points which relate to various organs within the body. Promoting optimal organ function, reflexology stimulates the natural energy of the related organ. Crystalline like deposits and/or tenderness indicate a dysfunction of the organ related to nerve endings in the feet.  Pressure is applied to clear congestion and restore normal function.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage is a light form of massage, which stimulates the body's lymphatic system. The massage acts as a delicate pumping technique that drains lymph nodes of water and trapped toxins. While still promoting the removal of toxins the massage also strengthens the immune system and soothes and relaxes.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki induces a deep state of relaxation, relieves tension and anxiety, boosts the immune system and stimulates the production of endorphins, thus decreasing the perception of pain and increasing the perception of happiness and wellness. Generally, it heals, balances and harmonizes your entire being.
Reiki goes to the cause and effect - when the cause is removed, there will be no effect. You no longer waste energy unproductively coping with blockages and chronic complaints resulting in a tremendous potential of personal growth.

Craniosacral Therapy
The human body has the ability to heal itself. The craniosacral system has a rhythm that passes through the whole body. Therapists monitor this rhythm by gently touching different areas. This monitoring helps them identify the sources of obstruction and stress in the body. The role of the therapist is to help the craniosacral system gain its natural rhythm again, by releasing the points of restriction. Many illnesses can be assisted by craniosacral massage. Especially childhood ailments, like poor sleep, restlessness, colic and ear infections, may be eased through the use of this therapy.

Polarity Therapy
Polarity therapy is a holistic bodywork approach to balancing the human energy field and its structural counterpart. Polarity facilitates the dissolving and releasing of energy blocks and deep-seated tensions. Techniques include circular pressure on sensitive contact points, light rhythmic rocking and stretching motions, joint mobilization, and energy holds. Techniques may be used alone or integrated into a massage session.

Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release therapy is an extremely effective hands-on technique that works by applying gentle, sustained pressure to eliminate pain and restore flexibility and motion to the fascia (connective tissue).  The science behind Myofascial Release states that fascia is a densely woven sheath that interpenetrates and “houses” every muscle, bone, vein, and nerve and all of our internal organs including the spinal cord.
